As with the previous two projects this is in fact another PPP (Private Partnership) Project being developed and overseen by Learning Communities Victoria (LCV) Consortium made up of Amber (Sponsor), Clarke Hopkins Clarke (Architects), Watpac as Builder, Spotless as Facilities Manager with CERES and the YMCA as community partners. It has been specifically designed to service children with a disability aged from 5 to 18 years.

Here a specialist Gymnasium and Games Hall will see Nellakir construct Sprung Timber Sports Flooring designed to harmonise with specialty equipment designed for sensory movement, mobility and therapy activities.
